1. I acknowledge that horseback riding is an activity that involves inherent risks such as falls, impacts, bites, animal reactions, physical injuries, among others, which I voluntarily assume.
2. I declare that I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that could affect my safety during this activity.
3. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the staff of Ponderosa Azul LLC SRL, and to properly use all safety equipment provided.
4. I hereby release Ponderosa Azul LLC SRL, its staff, owners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability for any accident, injury, damage, or loss that may occur during my participation in this activity.
5. I authorize Ponderosa Azul LLC SRL to use any photographs or video taken during the activity for promotional or archival purposes.
6. In case of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to take necessary measures to protect my well-being, including emergency medical care.
7. If the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver and acknowledges that the minor participates under their full responsibility, accepting the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
