Rules:
- Country Club La Ponderosa "Casa Amani" is a family-friendly place, ideal for rest and recreation in a natural environment. Therefore, guests are expected to behave with decorum and morality both inside and outside the premises. It is prohibited to disturb the peace, make noise, or use loud sound devices in rooms or social areas that could inconvenience or disturb other guests.
- It is prohibited to wear swimwear in indoor social areas, including the restaurant, game room (billiard table), TV room, office, corridors, etc. Men should wear shirts or T-shirts and shorts. Women should wear blouses and shorts, dresses, or appropriate cover-ups.
- Smoking and using unauthorized drugs inside the premises and its surroundings are prohibited. Such actions will result in expulsion without a refund of payment.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the premises, and cooking inside the room is prohibited. Food and beverage services are exclusive to the Amani restaurant.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for taking care of the furniture, decoration, ornaments, and any property belonging to Casa Amani. Any damage or loss of furniture or items must be compensated by the guest according to commercial value.
- Guests must maintain order and a peaceful atmosphere in the TV lounge/resting area of the country club. Guests are obliged to refrain from making noise, maintaining proper sitting posture in the TV lounge, not using furniture as tables or putting feet on them, or lying down.
- Children are not allowed to shout, slam doors, throw objects, play ball, or jump on the couches or other furniture in the TV lounge/resting area. Parents, relatives, or guardians must supervise and control children's behavior during their stay.
- The pool area does not have a lifeguard, so adults must supervise children at all times.

- Eating food or consuming drinks in glass containers is prohibited in the pool. Consuming food in bedrooms or the main TV lounge is prohibited.
- Entering the restaurant kitchen or restricted areas is prohibited.
- Casa Amani does not provide safes; guests are responsible for their valuables. Lost items or valuables left by guests in the room will be held by the hotel administration for 30 days. After that period, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
- Losing the room key will incur a cost of $10, and each towel lost will cost $20.
- Ponderosa Adventure Park activities are available from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Members enjoy activities at no cost. Friends and family of members receive special discounts. Each guest must have the support of a member. For non-members, prices specified in Ponderosa Adventure Park apply.
- Receiving additional visitors and guests who are not staying overnight is strictly prohibited.
- Failure to comply with any of the rules in this regulation will result in eviction without a refund, at the discretion of the administration.
Cancellation policies:
Regarding lodging reservations, purchases are final, and there are no refunds or rescheduling unless done at least 24 hours in advance.
