PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The bracelet corresponding to each entry product or authorization to enjoy the attractions is for personal use. It is not permitted to transfer it from one person to another.
Ponderosa facilities and tours are for the enjoyment and entertainment of its visitors. Any damage to property, facilities, buildings, green areas, plants, transportation, personnel, animals or others is prohibited and is sanctioned with removal from the facilities and/or before the corresponding authorities.
All promotions are subject to restrictions, which are communicated in a timely manner.
To make use of the benefits of Ponderosa Costa Rica or to make a claim, you must have proof of purchase of the product.

FACILITY OPERATION

Ponderosa reserves the right to modify these schedules from time to time, as appropriate, which is communicated in advance on the website ponderosacostarica.com
Ponderosa reserves the right to suspend the use of attractions as it deems appropriate for the safety and tranquility of its visitors.
In the presence of rain and thunderstorms, the operation of Ponderosa Costa Rica may be partial and is subject to the internal regulations drawn up for this purpose.

USE OF FACILITIES

Ponderosa is privately owned and reserves the right to deny entry and/or admission of visitors to its facilities.
Visitors must conduct themselves within the facilities with decorum and respect. Improper, immoral behavior or behavior that affects the tranquility, peace and security of other people visiting Ponderosa Costa Rica is not permitted.
All visitors must follow any written or verbal instructions given by any Ponderosa official from time to time within the facilities or for the use and enjoyment of a specific attraction.
Street vending, distribution of flyers, and solicitation of alms or monetary aid are not permitted within the facilities.
Parties not authorized by the Ponderosa Costa Rica administration are prohibited.
The removal of plants and/or animals from Ponderosa facilities is not permitted.
Garbage and waste of any kind must be deposited in the containers designated for that purpose.
No animals are allowed in or around the premises, except for service dogs for people with disabilities.

- Los animales de servicio deben permanecer atados con correa o con un arnés y deben estar bajo control de su dueño en todo momento.
- No se permiten animales de servicio en las actividades de agua, incluida la catarata.
The entry or placement of electrical appliances, personal electrical items, coolers, thermoses, tents, awnings, hammocks, chairs, benches, mattresses, inflatables and/or other similar items within the facilities is not permitted. Ponderosa Costa Rica reserves the right to remove any unauthorized items.
Taking photos and videos for personal and recreational use as a reminder of the day of your visit to Parque Diversiones is permitted, as long as it does not disturb the privacy and intimacy of third parties.
Ponderosa Costa Rica is a smoke-free, vape-free, and cannabis-free place, therefore, smoking or vaping is not permitted within its facilities.

USE OF ATTRACTIONS

Entry to the attractions must be in an orderly manner and in line. It is not permitted to give up or save space, or to cut in line at the attractions.
The attractions operate until the closing time of Ponderosa Costa Rica or until the previously established schedule, for this reason, given the closing notice and after the closing hours have ended, the use of the attractions is not permitted.

FOOD AND DRINK

It is not permitted to bring or consume liquor, drugs or any other equivalent substance within the facilities, nor to enter or transit within Ponderosa while intoxicated, drugged or under suspicion, which may be assessed at the discretion of the corresponding authorities of Ponderosa Costa Rica. The above is to guarantee the safety and well-being of oneself and all guests who enjoy the facilities. Moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages is excepted in restaurants that have authorization to sell them.
For the safety of guests and facilities, the use of appliances, gas stoves and grills, as well as cooking, preparing or roasting any food, or making campfires on Ponderosa property is prohibited.
No food of any kind is allowed in the premises, except baby food.

PERSONAL SAFETY MEASURES

It is not permitted to enter, carry and/or use firearms, ammunition, sharp objects, self-defense or restraint devices, explosives or flammables and/or objects that appear to be weapons of any kind within the facilities. Upon entering Parque Diversiones, these and any other type of weapons must be reported and retained by security personnel.

UNATTENDED OR LOST ITEMS

Ponderosa Costa Rica is not responsible for unattended or lost items within the facilities.
For security reasons, Ponderosa Costa Rica reserves the right to remove from the facilities any unattended object that is not claimed by its owner within a period of less than 30 calendar days.

ACCIDENTS AND DISASTER

Ponderosa Costa Rica has an INS insurance policy against risks, which only covers incidents and accidents caused by the organization's imprudence or incompetence.
In order to assess Ponderosa's responsibility, any accident must be reported immediately to the Nursing Department, otherwise, Ponderosa Costa Rica is not responsible in any way for any accident or incident.

COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

Every guest, without exception, must comply with and respect the regulations, protocols, guidelines, restrictions, instructions and others adopted by Ponderosa in conjunction with criteria and principles on health, safety, order and applicable Costa Rican legislation.
Every person enters Ponderosa at his/her own risk and responsibility. Every child or minor is deemed to have entered Ponderosa with the authorization, consent, supervision, care and under the responsibility of his/her guardian, father, mother or adult person in charge.
Ponderosa applies and executes these instructions in conjunction with the terms and provisions of applicable internal regulations; criteria and principles on health, safety, order; and applicable Costa Rican legislation. The officials designated for these purposes decide whether any of these instructions have been violated and at their discretion may call the attention of visitors to correct their behavior or ask them to leave the Ponderosa facilities, a request that must be duly complied with. In these cases, any entrance pass paid for will not be refunded.
